How to start this post ? This is the birth month of our Holy Prophet (PBUH) ..the humbling I feel even at the thought of his sacrifices for us all ..he loved his ummah more than we have the right to expect. But he gave us such HOPE ... if we can repent and repent and repent , we can be assured of God's mercy for us . It is the belief and HOPE that we must retain. YES we do make mistakes ...daily BUT when we truly surrender , we become worthy of HIS grace .Let us always practice this so that when we are weak and debilitated , others will pray for us in the hope that our Hereafter will go on in the best way possible . Evil and negativism can be overcome with prayers , reading Holy books , good deeds , zakat and reaching out to serve mankind around us . We are so lucky to have been given the Sunnah , Mohammed's example , our Holy Quran's guidance , and a deep and abiding love deep within the recesses of our souls . If only we let go of the ego's hold, greed and lust for power, we can serve one another in humility. Let us remember these thoughts every day throughout the year. AMIN!!!

Bless humanity as we look back to the human who provided direction and guidance for our souls in the Herafter and on earth ... today we examine the life of our great Prophet Mohammed ( PBUH) . What have we learned from HIS example to help us today in 2014 in our personal trials? As I examine our own actions ( including mine) , I see a selfish being who is more concerned with appearances now, past hurts we have endured , loves lost, and whatever grandiose thoughts that might lift our spirits . The Prophet , instead would ask ..." what good have you done? " " Who have you forgiven?" " Can you appreciate a love that you once felt?" " Can you humble yourself with contrition and repentance knowing that your mistakes will be forgiven if you never repeat them?" Muhammed ( PBUH) would ask us to open our hearts today , be compassionate to others, pray for each other, and accept what befalls us , Seek the wisdom and grace only from Allah that will enable us to be strong each day . Remember the garbage others dropped on our Holy Prophet's head and he simply washed himself and kept on going . Please help us dear Allah to " keep on going " ... the choice will be ours. Ask and ye shall be given ... seek and ye shall find. By asking to do the good , we will overcome the bad. Praise HIM for the gift of this Prophet.. bless the prophet where he resides now and seek to copy his ways as best we can . I love the Creator and praise HIM today and forever. He has all the power>>> I have none!!!
